Designing a digital bank.

Bank Systems and Technology magazine spoke to Tracey Weber, Head of Internet and Mobile Banking for Citi's North America Consumer Bank, about her work helping to develop and broaden Citi's digital channels. Tracey discussed the channels Citi offers, including web portals, downloadable mobile phone applications and text banking for transactions plus social media channels such as the @AskCiti Twitter handle for customer engagement and feedback. Weber said her goal is to continue developing tools that make it easier and more enjoyable for the customer to communicate with the bank. "For our customers we have the opportunity to speak to them, delight them, engage them, to take the experience and make it better," she said.
