Submitted a dispute 7/2/15. To date after sending proof that this should be resolved it is still open. Question professional handling due to mispelling in communications and disclosure of bank account on letter received. Phone # on letter is never available. When I call the Dispute Center they immediately say I am in Idaho or Alabama, etc. I asked the Alabama guy how the banjo on his knee was and he had no clue, As a person that has worked in the banking industry for over 40 years I have questioned the handling of my dispute that is still "under review".

I am once again upset over a recent Citiprice Rewind. I followed the instructions as I should have but when I logged in I saw that it was denied. I am thinking about closing my Citibank credit card account unless this is fixed!
