We want to share some exciting improvements to help you save money, get more from your rewards and shop with confidence when you use your Citi Card.
We know you want more ways to save money when making purchases. You can save with Citi Price Rewind, a complimentary benefit from Citi. For those of you who have not tried Citi Price Rewind yet, shop with your Citi Card and register your purchases at citi.com/pricerewind and we will search hundreds of retailers' web sites for a lower price. If the same item is found and the price is at least $25 lower than what you paid within 30 calendar days of your covered purchase, you can be refunded the difference, up to $250 per item. We improved the experience and you now have the ability to upload your receipt at anytime making it more convenient to request a refund. This year, Citi Price Rewind has refunded customers an average of $80 on qualifying purchases.
We are working to bring you more online shopping savings - introducing Citi Tuesdays. Visit Walmart.com on Tuesdays this holiday shopping season and receive a $10 Walmart eGift Card at checkout when you make an eligible purchase of $100 or more (for full exclusions click here). The Citi Tuesdays offer is only available for a short time and in limited quantities, so act quickly to take advantage of this offer.
Protecting your Citi Card information is our #1 priority. We want to protect you wherever and whenever you use your Card. We will watch for suspicious purchase attempts on your Card and provide simple and immediate steps to protect you. When we identify suspicious activity, we will send a text alert asking you to confirm the charge amount, date and merchant. You can reply via text to confirm the charge or let us know the charge was not authorized by you or another cardholder. To ensure we can contact you to confirm your purchases, please visit www.citicards.com to update your personal contact information, including your mobile number.
When you redeem ThankYou Points for a reward, if you are not satisfied with your merchandise item, it is now easy to return and replace it with a reward you or someone else will enjoy. You can now return most ThankYou Rewards merchandise items within 15 days of item shipment at no cost to you. At thankyou.com, go to the Order History section of My Account to print out a return label and postmark your return package within 15 days of the item being shipped to you. If you have any questions about the return process, call 1-800-842-6596 and say "Thank You Points" or select option 2 from the menu.
We made some much needed changes during 2013 to make it easier to do business with us and provide you with more rewards choices.
